Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The service was accommodating and friendly despite lacking training. The location, although good, had some challenges with roadworks. The dining options were limited but with good variety. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, despite being clean and comfy, were somewhat affected by the nearby dismantling yard, which impacted the overall size. The service was friendly, but there were instances where attention to customer needs was lacking. The hotel's location was excellent for exploring Riyadh, being just across the street from Kingdom Tower, although some inconveniences like having to pick up food orders personally were noted. The dining options were limited, especially during Ramadan, but the homemade bread was a nice touch.
The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the business and shopping centers of Riyadh City, offering a good spot for both work and leisure activities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the breakfast choices are limited. The service is a bit restricted but courteous. The location is a big plus, and the dining experience, while having some limitations, is acceptable. Prices are reasonable, making it a value-for-money option in Riyadh.
My stay at the hotel was overall satisfying. The room wasn't tidy and had a slight smell, possibly from smoking, but eventually was ready for my check-in time. The service was a mix of very professional and welcoming reception by Mr Sultan and AbdulRhman, with some instances of poor customer service. The location was convenient, right near everything I needed, although the dining experience was a bit restricted, and the room air felt dusty.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was excellent, right across the street from the kingdom tower. The staff were friendly and professional, although some improvement in being more accommodating can be made. The dining options were limited and breakfast had to be requested, which was a downside. The rooms were as expected but had some issues like a brick wall view and broken window blinds.
